Narendra Modi Stadium

The Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad holds about 132,000 spectators, the biggest cricket ground in the world. It was rebuilt on the site of the old Motera stadium, reopened in 2020 and hosted the 2023 Cricket World Cup final.

Capacity figures differ by source. Pyongyang's Rungrado May Day Stadium is listed at 114,000 or higher, so the title of 'largest stadium of any sport' is disputed.
